HEALTH AND HYGIENE As we move into the fall months Swine Flu is a serious concern. The SFJI is doing its best to maintain the dojo as clean environment. Colds and flu will be brought into the dojo without a doubt by its members and we can not stress strongly enough that precautions must be taken to avoid contamination. If you are feeling ANY symptoms of cold or flu, stay away from the dojo. Do not infect your fellow judoka. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water often. Wash your hands before and immediately after class. Cover any cough or sneeze with a handkerchief or in your sleeve. Do not share food or drinks. Be clean by showering daily and wear a clean judo gi.
